Profile Plan need help

Hi ,

I am tottaly new in Callas and i want to create a Profile plan that covers a CMYK workflow with the following criteria-fixes.

1. Check fonts
2. Embed all fonts
3. Check RGB
4. Convert to CMYK fogra39 (all colour spaces and pantone colours)
5. rename final file with a suffix

Is there a ready profile plan that covers that or you can advice me how to fix it?

Most of these steps are already included in the predefined profiles for a standard such as PDF/X, which also adds a suffix if the conversion was successful and a valid result was produced.

Furthermore, font embedding is mandatory for PDF/X or PDF/A.

For FOGRA39, you can specify a custom output intent or use ‘ISO Coated v2’.

Creating Profiles

A process plan should only be necessary if you want to add actions (like image export) or specify the order of these steps. In that case, a simple profile should suffice.
