A small and helpful addition, how to get actual data (like cals_param.js) for the templates from the current (Preflight) run with the current PDF - I highly recommend <x:keeptemp>true</x:keeptemp> from the manifest.xml in the templates. Especially during the development of a template to get current or new structures / objects instead of the static sample from the delivery.
